Precise Vacuum Systems Private Limited is pioneer in manufacturing vacuum systems, vacuum components, Liquid Nitrogen based Space Simulation Chambers, Freeze Dryers etc. Company is now entering in the field of Cryogenic Dewars ranging from capacity of 1 to 50 Liters. These are for usage in cross breeding (artificial insemination) to increase the milk production, medical purpose and industries.

Applications

Dairy and Development corporations use it for artificial inseminations to boost the milk production. Containers are also used in medical and manufacturing industries, steel plants, auto industries etc. Cryo Dewars are double walled super insulated vacuum containers consisting of Inner and Outer vessel made of Aluminium Alloy joined to settle with super grade of FRP neck. These are bonded together with special imported adhesive to withstand in cryogenic environment. Annular space is super-insulated and evacuated to a very high vacuum using precision pumping systems.

Dewars are light weight and as per international standard. These are easy to handle and demonstrate very low evaporation rate. Dewars are manufactured with indigenously developed technology. Personnel have more than 2 decades experience of working with American, European and Japanese processes and technologies of Cryo Dewars.

We also manufacture transfer device for transferring Liquid Nitrogen from one container to another with minor loss of Liquid Nitrogen. Standing Trolleys for transport container, moving trolleys for stationary container for shifting of container from one corner to another of the building. “Cryogem” State-of-art Aluminium Containers are manufactured at company facility at Nasik. Performance of Cryogems is at par or better than all the national and international brands.
